Section 2

Account Registration & Eligibility

To use habaee's real-money services, a Player must complete the account registration process and satisfy habaee's eligibility requirements. Registration constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. habaee reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

The following eligibility criteria apply to all habaee registrations:

• Age requirement: The Player must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. habaee conducts age verification as part of the KYC process. Registration by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered habaee account. This restriction applies per person, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual are prohibited regardless of the method used to create them.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. habaee is not liable for consequences arising from a Player providing false or outdated registration details. Players must update their account information promptly if their details change.
• No prior exclusion: Players who have previously been self-excluded from habaee, or who have been excluded by habaee for policy violations, are not eligible to re-register. Attempts to circumvent a prior exclusion by registering a new account are a serious breach of these terms.
• Personal use only: The habaee account is for the registered Player's personal use only. Players may not allow third parties to access or use their account, deposit funds on their behalf, or place bets using their credentials.
• Legal capacity: The Player must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated or acting under legal disability may not register.

Section 4

Bonus & Promotional Terms

habaee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are stated on the promotion page. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.
• One bonus per promotion per player: Bonuses are limited to one per Player per promotion unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within the stated activation window, and wagering requirements that are not met within the stated completion period, will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without further notice.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings: Some habaee promotions apply a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated while a bonus is active. This cap, where applicable, is stated on the promotion page. Winnings above the cap are forfeited upon withdrawal request.
• habaee's right to modify or cancel promotions: habaee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already opted in, habaee will honour any bets already placed using the bonus at the time of cancellation, but will not credit further bonus funds. No compensation is payable for cancelled promotions.
• Abuse and irregular play: habaee uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns, including low-variance game strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk. habaee reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings in cases where irregular play is detected, as determined at habaee's sole discretion.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the habaee platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, habaee's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the habaee platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

habaee shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether habaee was advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the habaee platform.
• Losses arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the habaee platform for maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond habaee's reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their habaee Login credentials, resulting in unauthorised account access.
• Losses arising from errors in game outcome display caused by the Player's device, browser, or network connection rather than habaee's systems.
• Any tax liability incurred by the Player on winnings. Players are solely responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax obligations in relation to gaming winnings under applicable Bangladesh law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits habaee's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. These Terms & Conditions do not affect any statutory rights the Player may have as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which habaee operates. Any dispute arising under these terms that cannot be resolved through habaee's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration.
